Important Facilities Information
Mat 1 - Unit 17 (HQ)
Our HQ is located under two railway arches. Here, you will find our reception, changing facilities, toilets, showers, lockers and mat space. A full timetable of grappling classes runs here seven days a week, including no gi grappling, BJJ and beginner wrestling classes.
Mat 2 - Unit 1
Is located in a unit at the entrance to Titan business estate, a short 50m walk from our HQ. This is where all our striking and MMA classes take place, including numerous other grappling classes.

How to find us
Based in Deptford, South-East London, London Grapple is located in two railway arches by the Deptford train station and can easily be accessed via London Bridge, Canary Wharf and Greenwich.

No. Advanced classes are for blue belts and above. Don’t worry though, if you want to challenge yourself in training, advanced grapplers can be found participating in all of our mixed levels classes!

Yes, you can pay for classes by the day, week or month. Full information can be found in the visitors section.
If you’re training more than once a week (which we would recommend), a monthly membership will be the most cost effective solution.

We sell male and female hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts, shorts, rash guards, spats and hats at the gym.
